Gonzalo Ferrés Lucas

Born in Antequera to Argentine immigrant parents, Gonzalo—known as Lalo—has always had a passion for the sea and adventure. Fluent in English and a native Spanish speaker, he initially pursued a career as a commercial diver. However, his curiosity led him to explore photography, transitioning from underwater to behind the camera.

Lalo’s photography journey began during breaks between dives, where he became captivated by his surroundings. In 2016, he made the pivotal decision to leave diving and fully commit to his photography career. Since then, Lalo has become a successful content creator and photographer, renowned for his ability to connect with people and evoke genuine emotions in his work. A passionate ocean enthusiast, he enjoys surfing, freediving, and kitesurfing, particularly at Playa del Cable in Marbella.
