Jaime Roji Rosendo

Originally from Cádiz, Jaime has lived abroad since age 18, residing in Seville, Madrid, and London before settling in Estepona two years ago. This location offers the perfect balance of staying close to family while enjoying a lifestyle he loves.

Fluent in Spanish and English, with conversational French and some Polish, Jaime holds a degree in Economics and an MBA, including a year of study in Poland. His career spans the globe, with experiences in the UK, Poland, France, Belgium, and Australia. As CFO at Norma Franck, Jaime shapes the company’s financial direction and contributes to its growth and objectives.

Outside of work, Jaime is an outdoor enthusiast. A skilled kitesurfer, he enjoys spending his free time on the water or exploring nature with his family. For him, the best days are those spent active and soaking up the outdoors.
