Jay Kerkhof

Born in the Netherlands with roots in Indonesia, Jay considers La Quinta his home. He speaks Dutch and English and understands some German.

In 2011, his girlfriend and in-laws took him to Marbella, where he decided he wanted to own a house. So, in 2018, he quit his job, started his own real estate agency in the Netherlands, and immersed himself in the real estate world. After several years working with investors and helping clients find their dream homes, he began investing in real estate himself, purchasing rental properties and development projects. For Jay, helping a family find their ideal home or securing the perfect project for an investor is incredibly rewarding. He enjoys seeing beautiful houses and transforming neglected properties into stunning family homes with exquisite finishes.

Having played ice hockey since he was three years old, he is passionate about golf, good food, and dining at great restaurants with loved ones. To make all this possible, he likes to hit the gym in the morning.
