Rens Depraetere

Originally from Kortrijk, Belgium, Rens brings the charm of West Flanders to Marbella’s dynamic lifestyle. He speaks Dutch, English, and French, and is currently learning Spanish and Swedish.
With a background in Communication and Media Management and a college education in Automotive Business Management at IVA Driebergen in the Netherlands, Rens has always shown an entrepreneurial spirit. From a young age, he founded and managed multiple businesses in luxury car care, sales, and marketing, gaining valuable experience in niche markets.

In 2023, Rens made Marbella his home, combining his sales expertise with a passion for connecting with people. For him, real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about understanding clients’ aspirations, building authentic relationships, and finding homes that truly align with their needs. The fulfillment of delivering the perfect property is what drives him every day.

Outside of work, Rens enjoys hiking in the mountains, working out, and playing golf and padel, keeping both his body and network active.
