Martina Ahlberg

Born and raised in Sweden, Martina holds a degree in Law and Human Rights. She spent a decade working for the Swedish government, specialising in migration and foreign policies, before pivoting towards real estate—driven by her passion for people and their homes. She joined Sweden’s largest brokerage firm while earning her real estate degree, becoming a licensed broker.

After several successful years in the industry, Martina relocated to Marbella to start a new life with her family. She then joined the Norma Franck team as a Property Advisor. She believes knowledge, communication, and trust are the pillars of her work. By truly listening to her clients, she tailors every step of the process—whether they’re buying, selling, or investing—to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

Fluent in English and Swedish, she is also refining her Spanish. When she’s not working, Martina enjoys exploring southern Spain, hiking, playing padel, trying her hand at golf, or discovering the region’s best dining spots.
