Ruth Escolano

Born in Valencia, Ruth grew up in an international environment, attending a British school. She is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English and German.

She studied Translation and Interpreting at the University of Granada, spending a year at Humboldt University in Berlin. Ruth then spent a decade in Basel as a Project Manager for a Denmark-based translation company.

In 2017, she moved to Marbella, where she developed a passion for real estate, managing property investments alongside her architect husband. She joined Norma Franck in 2024, bringing her go-getter attitude, deep local expertise, and approachable nature to the team. Ruth’s attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of the real estate market make her an invaluable asset to her clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and care.

Outside of work, Ruth enjoys family time, travelling, and staying active with kitesurfing, diving, and skiing.
