Originally from Cuba, Yaima is fluent in Spanish, English, German, and Swedish. With a degree in Tourism, she has always been passionate about international business, and Marbella’s multicultural environment drew her into the dynamic world of real estate.

As the receptionist and office coordinator at Norma Franck, her role involves welcoming guests and colleagues, maintaining office harmony, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Though she’s not in sales, Yaima finds fulfillment in problem-solving and contributing fresh ideas that help the company thrive.
