Hailing from Slovenia, Živa began her education in her home country before continuing at a business academy in Klagenfurt, Austria. She is fluent in Slovenian and English.

Drawn to the sun and sea, Živa moved to vibrant Marbella, bringing seven years of marketing experience to the real estate sector—her favorite niche. She combines her marketing skills with her passion for real estate to craft eye-catching campaigns highlighting each property’s unique features.

In her free time, Živa stays active with Pilates, gym workouts, and long walks by the sea. She enjoys experimenting with new recipes and cherishes moments spent with friends. Her favorite area in Costa del Sol is the Marbella Golden Mile, known for its stunning beaches, luxurious resorts, and lively beach clubs.
